Keto Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Posder
- 2 cups Almond Meal
- 1/4 cup Powdered Stevia Sweetener
- 75 g Dark Chocolate, Chopped (1/3 cups)
- 3 lg Eggs, lightly wisked
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 125 g Unlsated Butter, melted (1 cup)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberreies or fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Step 1 - Preheat oven to 150 C
- Step 2 - Sift the coconut flour and baking posder. Add almond meal, stevia, strawberries and chcolate.
- Step 3 - Whisk eggs, vanilla and almond milk. Add egg mixture and butter to the dry ingredietns.
- Step 4 - Add misture to prepared muffin tray. Bake for 2-=25 minutes or until golden. Set aside for 5 minutes
