The world is a busy place! Women who are in business, taking care of families, and making big things happen often have a hard time fitting exercise, healthy diet, and fitness into their schedules. Robyn Maher, Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist for Blendfresh, competitive bodybuilder, marathon runner, and a mother of 3, will share vital tips on how to solve this age-old problem. Robyn will share how to manage a busy schedule while making exercise, healthy meal planning, stress management, and other healthy lifestyle habits a regular part of your life.

Robyn graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness. She is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She is a certified yoga instructor with YogaFit, and runs marathons and half marathons as well. Robyn competes in the Bikini division of the National Physique Committee (NPC) Bodybuilding and Fitness competitions, and was recently awarded 3rd place at a National competition. Robyn has also received six Top 5 trophies in the NPC Figure Division. Over the past 20 years, Robyn has worked as a Nutrition Counselor, Holistic Health Counselor, Workshop Presenter, Running Coach, and Personal Trainer. In addition, she has gained a wide range of experience working in various facets of the health industry, including: public fitness facilities, retail health food, herbal and nutritional supplement industry, and private in-home personal training. She has a passion for health and fitness that others find infectious! She will educate, motivate, and inspire you to improve your life through good nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits. Robyn lives near Salt Lake City, Utah. In her spare time, she loves cooking, reading, traveling, hiking in the canyon, running, and spending time with her three children.
